River Trail Roasters Opens in Redmond

Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting July 7th at 10AM

Redmond, Friday, June 24st, 2016 — River Trail Roasters, a specialty coffee roaster and café, has announced the grand opening of its founding location at 8397 158th Avenue NE.  The River Trail Roasters café is adjacent to Redmond City Hall and the Sammamish River Trail and features organic and free trade coffees from around the world which are roasted onsite.  This “global to local” approach allows the café to serve coffees at their peak of flavor and freshness, especially when prepared by their knowledgeable Baristas. The new café also features homemade syrups, a wide selection of teas and other beverages, and delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. River Trail Roasters café is currently open and operating, however a grand opening is planned for Thursday, July 7th at 10 AM.

River Trail Roasters was founded in 2016 by Lyndsey DeMaris, Ryan McLaughlin and Melissa Perea, and their new location reflects the owners’ standing commitment to the Redmond community. “We are longtime residents of Redmond and we are so excited to have found such a wonderful neighborhood for our café.” said McLaughlin, “The Allez Apartment complex and its proximity to Redmond City Hall, the Sammamish River Trail, and the Redmond Library provides the perfect community feel which resonates with our brand. Everything about this location makes me happy.”

“The demand for River Trail Roasters has been tremendous since first opening our doors and we are incredibly excited to have the opportunity to become an integral part of a neighborhood which is supportive of locally owned businesses,” said McLaughlin. “Our community is known for bringing people and businesses together to collaborate and innovate, and we are thrilled to contribute to fostering this spirit in Redmond.”
